THINGS TO KNOW

  • My service will provide guidance and some structure around meals, however I will not prescribe meal plans. Only registered dietitians and licensed physicians can give you a detailed meal plan.

  • My service will educate clients on the essential importance of vitamins however, I will not prescribe specific supplements or vitamin dosages.

  • My service provides education around nutrition and disease, and offers advice around food choices and habits, however I do not treat disease.

  • Consult your primary care physician and registered dietitians for advanced guidance on nutrition. As I do not diagnosis nor treat disease or ailments.

  • My services are garnered to provide growth and personal advancement for one’s wellness journey, however I’m not a psychiatrist nor psychologist and DO NOT diagnosis or treat clients with chronic mental disorders related to acute stress and anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, schizophrenia, bi-polar disorders, etc.

During your appointment

  • Be Intentional: As the client, inform me of what you want to achieve and the purpose behind it.

  • Be realistic: I’m not a magician, but the results can become magical if you stay true to your intent.

  • Be Specific: be confident and don’t overthink it. Begin with the end in mind and enjoy the process.

  • Choose you: set the tone from the first moment. This is about your overall health and wellness, I’m here to guide you along the ride. Put yourself first, I’ll be giving you coaching tips to support you on this journey.

  • Remember to pace yourself. Good things take time and timing is of the essence.
